Having listened to what you posted, and followed up by researching an article, it seems this incident is not as callous as you seem to believe. I am pretty sure not every officer heard Mrs. Black describe what her husband was wearing, AND it was dark, AND Black may have had time to put the gun down before appearing (in enough light to be recognized?).
There are very few police shootings that thorough investigations determine the officer was at fault.
Do you check the news of every country, or do you have a special interest in the US?

Sure, stuff can be stressful. If I can do something to change the stressful circumstance, I'll try. If I can't, I "belly ache" to a close friend, and pray for a better situation.
