When I retired I thought my life would be much easier since I did not have to show up at work nearly every day. But I soon learned that my body was loosing mussel as I gained weight from snacking all day on the computer. My blood pressure was going up and my ability to walk around was less and less motivated. My doctor flatly said I should exercise more, prescribed a pill to reduce the water in my system and had a blood test done. The water pill made me urinate frequently so I had to drink a lot more water that if I did not drink my balancing system would stop working and it was nearly impossible to walk around without falling down. Lots of water needed every day and pretty soon I was getting backaches that my doctor said were kidney stones from all the water I had to drink. He prescribed pills and told me if that keeps-up I may have to get surgery to get the kidney stones removed. I studied all I could on the subject and after a while I decided to drink distilled water rather than tap water with all of its chemicals and minerals that contributed to the stones that my kidneys were producing. I haven't had any more problems with kidney stones but my blood pressure stayed high. So I looked for ways to control my blood pressure. My doctors tried a array of medications that did not work very well. I was feeling tired a lot and started exercising more which seemed to help a little. A friend suggested an herbal supplement..Rhodiola Rosea...so I ordered a bottle of that which greatly benefited my mood and with exercise, brought my blood pressure down to safe levels.

Living past the socially expected D-DAY is a challenge that many choose to take on by laying down and simply dying. But I would rather do anything I can to prolong my physical life as long as possible. I have no fear of death which is why I seek to maximize my life further and further .

I do not want my information sold to any one else. Will this be done?
Answers: 3 Views: 577 Rating: 0 Posted: 8 years ago

Security vs. insecurity on the WORLD WIDE WEB???!!! If you do not want anyone to know something then you will have to consider knowing something as a secret.

Like I said, "This is the World Wide Web!" Secrecy is the belief that there is a way to keep your personal information away from potental abuse. This "belief" magically leads you to a vast storehouse of your own, personal, private purchases, income, name, history, linage and all to the first frog on this, our own little world.

Literature:What is the function of the title of a novel?
Answers: 5 Views: 653 Rating: 1 Posted: 12 years ago

Interesting question....so how would my bookshelf look if I ripped all the covers off the books and re-stacked the books on the shelf without covers on the books? How about...just...the author's name and "book #1", "book #2", etc...or produce books in oddly shaped forms making mystery novels a challenge for the reader to get through by twisting and turning the book through a series of clued maneuvers to get through the story line properly? Of course if you missed the clue you could be on an endless cycle for a while.

In honor of Mothers Day - - --What did you learn from your mother ?
Answers: 13 Views: 2538 Rating: 5 Posted: 8 years ago

My mother taught me more about trust and love than she realized. I love my mother and father. My home life was happy. I left when I had no other option but she could not comprehend why I felt so compelled to go.

How does rioting and looting your own neighborhood stop police brutality and police shooting citizens ?
Answers: 5 Views: 1405 Rating: 6 Posted: 9 years ago

Everyone is as oppressed as much as they believe they are. Belief defines and exposes the world you think there is. If you believe you are suspected of criminal behavior you will demonstrate the clues needed to arouse the awareness and suspicion of those in search of the "guilty"...as a target for their suspicions.

Police also have beliefs. Their belief in the "signs of criminal conduct" leads to arrest...etc. Many find the challenge of beliefs to be intolerable...( innocence )...and are angered by the challenge to their beliefs. This is natural for anyone who is challenged in their fundamental beliefs. Our culture is slowly finding ways accept challenges without outrageous demonstrations of violence and destruction.

The passages of time has proven that I can be completely mistaken. In fact, the police   murdered the kid and are all lined up for trial.

Any advice on how to renovate or redesign an existing landscape?
Answers: 7 Views: 2159 Rating: 0 Posted: 9 years ago

Before computers, physical models were made to scale so the engineer could better understand the effects of changes in a landscape. Scale modeling is practiced by Model Railroad enthusiast and Doll Houses are made to better understand the effects of change. Hollywood is most active in model work for cinema graphics in the movie industry.

Well its coming , you think frozen embryos is troubling, the first human head transplant is soon to be tried. How does that make you feel?
Answers: 8 Views: 595 Rating: 3 Posted: 9 years ago

Head transplant...........so many options...can I have two?....two of everything?...that would be messy. I think the life expectancy of the patient would be significantly abbreviated. Of course this could be the punishment for murderers...to have their victims body removed and the head goes to the healthy villains body....And then there are all those healthy organ transplant options for both bodies as way to ensure justice. But then our judicial system has such a hard time just convicting criminals because of criminals are too often criminals and/or prosecutors themselves.
