She was a lovey lady.
RIP Barbara.
My wallet . Not that I'm tight, but my credit card and debit card might come in handy.
If I was American I would for sure.
I usually make a list, so does my wife, but then she often forgets the list.
We don't pick cotton over hear, but we do pick apples and peas. That used to be done by anyone who needed a few extra shillings, my mum and her sisters used to do it, so did us kids after school. Twenty years ago it was mainly done by Irish gypsies, now its mainly done by eastern Europeans. So I suppose if I call someone a pea picker or apple picker I must be racist.
I would have enjoyed that, the diffeent songs they sing from over the years is fantastic. Glad you enjoyed it Ducky, now I bet your going around singng some of the songs.
Happy Easter to you Ducky, and everyoe on here.
I had one but it was not so streamline as yours cb. Mine was a different shape oval front with a radiator, like Brutish cars were in the early 50 s. I can remember leaning over the gate watching the American Cadillac driving by from the American air base near us, dreaming of having one like that.
They were great days, and the summer seemed to last for ever.
Oh yes many times.
