Although you are not being as specific as we'd probably like...I'll have a go at this one as well. In Japan the Ainu people and also the Papua people of New Guinea practice Clan/Family and Marriage tatooing. This is also a common practice in the modern world by both sexes.

There are also scarification practices varying from tribe to tribe throughout Afrika.

The Nuba Tribes of the western Sudan practice male circumcision at an older age as part of their rites of initiation and its' physical manifestation in marriage. Peace.

My second oldest son has three Celtic tattoos signifying his ancestry. One is a Celtic cross on his back with the names of his children. It's beautiful.

With regards to the Nuba tribes, how many times can a man be circumcised assuming he is married multiple times? At some point he presumably runs out of skin to remove.
