Wasn't he impeached? Does that not have some consequence ? Don't get me wrong I am all about him being the last president who left us with money in the coffers but still I think If we spent all the money to impeach him ????

If you think about it he is a very busy man. He has a lot of things to worry about, foeign policy and national policy.
