Its been a big help to me, benifits have been humor, education, politics and world opinions, a interchange of idea and opinions of people with different views and nationalities , relaxing, mind stimulation, meet new friends from different parts of the country and world, enduring silly nonsense from the 10 percent of people who really isn't interested in this forum but who need to grow up and mature some more.
