It has helped me as now when I am out there in the world I am not quite as shy and considering what I do for a living, I can't afford to be shy. 

There also are a lot of laughs to be found and a good laugh is a great thing.

On a personal level i would say no,it is addictive and therefore it has caused me many sleepless nights,not that i am complaining though lol.All in all it is a good site with great caring people on board.No one is a stranger here,just friends that have never met.

This is a fun addiction and I've learned a few things.............

Its been a big help to me,  benifits  have been  humor, education, politics and world opinions, a interchange of idea and opinions of people with different  views and nationalities , relaxing, mind stimulation,  meet new friends from  different parts of the country and world,  enduring silly nonsense from the 10 percent  of people  who really isn't interested in this forum but who  need to grow up and  mature some more.  All in all   yes  I enjoy   this very much.
