"Everybody makes mistakes." When you make a mistake, do you "own up" to it?
Answers: 7 Views: 994 Rating: 7 Posted: 5 years ago

I think I do, and sometimes I'll take another's burden for him. Sometimes it takes a long time to acknowledge - and some I have yet to accept.

What helps is that I seldom make a mistake. LOL LOL ROFL

Anyone else having difficulty picking up 'comments"?
Answers: 8 Views: 993 Rating: 5 Posted: 5 years ago

I asked a question that got "404"d, then reinstated. Now it appears to be closed to comment or response. It's not even 24 hours on the site. That's what's going on here, folks. Back to you, Ducky.

My son reached out to me!
Answers: 7 Views: 850 Rating: 7 Posted: 5 years ago

This is such wonderful, wonderful news, Julie!  I know how devastating losing him was for you, and to know he didn't forget has got to have your heart singing.

Does your dear sibling know? I just gotta say to her  "neener, neener"!

Have you ever "beaten" a parking ticket?
Answers: 8 Views: 1237 Rating: 6 Posted: 5 years ago

My friend took a parking ticket to court, claiming the meter was faulty. The judge called the PD (same building) and asked for Officer Cushman to come to the courtroom. After over half an hour trying to locate a nonexistent policeman, someone finally realized it was a citation issued by the officer driving the Cushman cart that day (similar to a golf cart).

Judge dismissed the ticket and invited us to have a beer later.

What would you say to this ...........?
Answers: 9 Views: 1176 Rating: 8 Posted: 5 years ago

Your wife and her twin sister have different fathers. My initial thought is how is their mother's "apparent" promiscuity something appropriate to publicize. It is not something I would advocate announcing.

Japanese train stations. What do you think?
Answers: 5 Views: 766 Rating: 3 Posted: 5 years ago

Oh, this is nothing compared to how superior the California Bullet Train is going to be.......gazillions of dollars and too many years away.

A question for women about hair.
Answers: 4 Views: 613 Rating: 3 Posted: 5 years ago

While I have a set of hot rollers, I rarely use it, or a blow dryer, for that matter. My hair is dry and those things don't help.
