Maybe. You might check with Human Resources where you work to see if they have a disability benefit plan. Perhaps Social Services in your State.
Your "problem" is likely going to be that you will recover before you will qualify for benefits. Most disability plans have what they call a " elimination period". Which means a waiting time before they pay benefits. Maybe 30 - 60 - 90 days.
