I am ordinary on a regular basis.
500 ml are half a L.
I have a friend with hiperinsulinism, and she bruises easily, too. It's because the tissues are less resistant and can't stabilize blood vessels sufficiently.

I agree with melandrupert: bad ventilation can be once cause for mold to grow in your bathroom. If possible, leave the window open permanently (except for when you are using the bathroom), or, if you live in a cold place, at least the door. But air circulation is essential.
If you are sure there is no leak or any other arquitectural condition that causes the mold, you can use one of the products mentioned earlier or, simply, clean the bathroom with vinegar. Acid destroys all sorts of fungus.
Good luck,

Hey,
steroids, like Prednisone, can cause the swelling of different tissues (or moon face also). But remember that all those scary side effects that are listed for each drug, are very unlikely to occur. All drugs potentially have side-effects. So if you take an additional drug to make sure you don't get moon face, you are taking the risk of getting all sorts of side-effects from that drug that was supposed to prevent Prednisone side-effects... see what I mean?
Of course, if you have already tried Prednisone and did get moon face, ask your doc for alternative medication. If you take Prednisone to treat an allergy, you can mabye switch to a non-steroid antihistaminic drug. Ask your doc.
Good luck,

I agree, many families need help and advice from outside - rather than threats of sanctioning. I suppose that especially obese parents, who follow an unhealthy diet themselves, are prone to teaching their kids wrong nutritional habits.
I believe there should be free courses on nutrition for future parents. These could be offered by the community, or by volunteer nutritionists, nutrition students, etc., on behalf of the state and its healthcare system. It would make sense if, for example, the gynaecologist who monitors the pregnancy of a woman, spread the word about these courses among mothers-to-be. Of course the introduction of such courses would cost the government money. Yet, on the long run, I think it would save the state many expenses they would have coping with the high incidence of all sorts of illnesses and disabilities among obese citizens. Apart from that, it's pretty sure that parents will be happier knowing their kids can become healthy adults.
So yes, an effort has to be made, but I think it's worth it.

What software do you use for that?
Hey,
the brand seems to be from Belgium. But where the boots are manufactured is another question. I don't know.
