YES..way too high..the most worrying is the bottom figure,,,ie the diastolic when ur heart is resting..or should be..see your Dr.Immediately...cut drinking,smoking and opt for a low fat diet!..Risk f stroke is high!..G,P. Is likely to give you anti-hypertensives and possibly statins to help...but you have to be prepared to work at it too...exercise helps..check amount with dr first!...Headaches and nosebleeds are both warning signs of danger!

If I was vain n am not..I`d say my long legs 34 plus ins!..impossible to get jeans that fit as 32" leg seem to be the longest!!

Yep..after being so sick last yr and before..planned for everything from funeral:-(...kids birthdays and Xmas`s..education...their holidays...weddings...and money in trust...wasn`t going to risk a thing!!!..The MOST organized I`ve ever been..or am ever likely to be!!!...It was the ONLY thing I had some control over!
