Your Mother has your best interests at heart!..When are you finding time to exercise?..To be outside and actively engaging in the real world..not just the cyber world?...Sitting at a computer all day is so unhealthy..leads to isolation, weight gain, neglecting other duties/interests such as sports..which help with team building skills as well as improved health..and a whole lot more of other potential interests!..Get out and about, with your mum`s permission..I have no idea of your age?...2 hours is longer than I allow my kids to spend on the computer/watching T.V...They interact in person with friends and make new friends..they swim, cycle, play football,rugby,tennis..the list is endless!...And they have far much more to talk about and enjoy at the end of the day!
Thirst is your body`s first message to you that you are becoming dehydrated!..Then signs such as dry/coated tongue, dizziness due to lowering of Blood pressure, dry flaky skin,headaches..a whole list which can include constipation as your body withdraws water from the bowel when lacking elsewhere!
ALL alcohol loaded with "Empty calories"..sugar that serves no point in your daily nutrition!...Most bottles of wine contain c 600 calories...AND promote weight gain...Spirits and alcohol often cause you to be hungry as the initial sugar high is short lived..leaving a craving for longer lasting sugars annd carbs!..Watch out for the weight gain..especially around the stomach and hips!...(Drink in moderation)...(Oh AND MINE`S A LARGE Gin and Tonic!..But anyone wit kids will empathize)!!;-0
No,My G.P`s Brilliant...I`d always rather know...Besides our family keep him in work!;-0...If it`s not one of us there it`s another!...I think we`re at the stage where if we miss a day...he has a panic attack and has to come round to see what`s up!..I see him more than his wife does!!..Cool guy!..IF he moved..we`d have to too!!;-0
Is ..lying on a beach..somewhere hot with a good book in one hand and a large G n T in the other!:-)
Hang on..let me just go through the rubbish and find all the wrappers...then you`ll know nearly all of them!;-)
Check out the top voted dating websites...On line dating works for many people...one of my friends found and is happily married to someone she met on match.com!:-)...Just keep your wits about you...and stay safe...yep no doubt a lot of scammers on all/many of them...stick to the safety rules..e.g meet in a public, well lit venue...don`t hand over cash to anyone for sob stories and promises..don`t get into a strangers car...don`t give out too much info about yourself and where you live until you really know the person...Make sure a friend or someone you can trust has the details of where you are going and where you met the person..ask your date for car no plate info etc...keep your mobile phone with you...keep street wise and follow your gut feeling re the person...am not saying there are more bad people out there than good...but just err on the side of caution..lots of lovely genuine people out to meet someone special..just as you are!
All the best!
I never understand why the important exams..ie GCSE`s are scheduled at a time when teens hormones are all over the place..and their minds are often obsessed with young love!!...I think the important quals should be either continuous assessment at an earlier age or at an age when most kids have better concentration!..I did O.K...but know I could`ve done better @ C 12or 13!!..just my opinion!
No..I hate it...brings back bad memories of egg fried rice my EX-h..used to live on...I didn`t like it much to start with..but he was paranoid I was trying to poison him!!(he was off his head on drugs)!...So used to cook two plates of the stuff and get him to choose which one he wanted ..to try and prove I wasn`t out to poison either of us!...sounds funny..but h3ll at the time!!!`
Spare the rod...spoil the child!..These days you`d be in prison for even saying that!...But discipline is a must..from the start!...You want to try and make your kids respectful of themselves, you and others..well here`s a chance...am not saying it always works..but at least you`ve done your best to set them an example and try and put them on the right path..My parents were firm but fair...We knew the cut off point and took the punishments deserved..My Father used to be almost in tears when he ever had to smack us..a good smacked bottom in those days..nil kinky!LOL...I cut pocket money and stop outings..treats and sleep overs etc until they have had enough time to think things over...That doesn`t mean I`m not there to talk things through with them but...9/10 times they learn by it..Never did us any harm!;-)
