Maybe you are appearing too desperate?..Make friends..hang out in a group of girls and guys with similar interests...be fun,kind,reliable and friendly and treat others how you would wish to be treated..be genuine and patient...no doubt it`ll happen when you are least expecting it!
Cancel your account with the shop..better in writing!...Stop paying them..the paper deliveries will soon stop...keep a copy of your dated letter of cancellation!
My life being saved..and all of the people who made that possible and didn`t give up on me...for the organ donors and all of my family and friends...esp those on here who really made a huge difference!...And esp Colleen who kept everyone updated..I`m sorry I don`t remember all that much of the time,,except it was shocking and the hopelessness of it all!
The English girl..we aren`t allowed to name who ran off to FRANCE with her teacher last year????!!!;-)...And now he`s doing time and she`s dumped him!:-0
SO MUCH...(even if I do grumble)!!....Family,friends,love,people...caring for people is my main reason to be..don`t chuck up!!;-)...you could define it as selfish because I get so much pleasure from it!...Health,humour...my kids ..my mum...my memories of a fantastic childhood I was blessed with!..(I know many people aren`t so lucky)..My much missed and beloved Dad...who made my life so happy...all the things I can now do..esp those I couldn`t do when I was sick...Sunshine and Spring...though I`m not counting on that this year in the U.k!!...So much out there still to do to enrich my life and others!..(sorry I sound a bit like Pollyanna)!!!:-0
Just be true to yourself and others...Show me an honest person ANY DAY!!..Be honest..be Proud...don`t lose sleep over being a good person....we need more good and honest souls on the planet !!!..Good on YOU!:-)

I keep my mobile/cell phone..to my American friends!;-)..close to me at all times especially night times!...It`s hard to say exactly how you`d handle the situation as all differ...OBS call 999/911 my American friends and if you dont get a chance to speak to get aid..then leave your phone on..so your conversation can be heard/call traced...Stay calm as possible...But I`d say be security aware...secure locks on doors...lock all rooms which lead to other rooms/burglar alarms/lights on driveways and gardens...we have panic alarms..oops I shouldn`t have said that!!;-0...in each room and intercoms to other rooms..panic alarms go straight to police station...don`t skimp on security...and if in a real panic situation don`t risk lives..I`d hand over valuables..if I had any!!...They are almost replaceable..you are not!!! (Keep valuables in a secure place and often a good idea to have photographs taken of them as a record...insure your property and contents and remember nothing is worth risking your life over..or your families)!!
Yep exercise increases energy and promotes sleep at night...Eat healthy balanced diet..drink plenty of fluids...get 8 plus hours sleep at night time !..Try and get into a regular routine so that you go to bed around the same time each night....If you do all of this and your energy levels remain low then see your Dr..for further investigations e,g blood test..low/high B/P ETC...You could be a bit anaemic...check with your G.P.
Never ever settle for anything less than than the best!...you`ll live to regret it!!!:-z
