The Confederate Flag. Fly it or don't fly it?
Answers: 10 Views: 1170 Rating: 2 Posted: 8 years ago

I don't understand why anyone would seek to honor past hatreds, dishonor, stupidity, bondages, slavery, and acts against common sense. I grew up in a  southern state and found the absence of intellectual curiosity within confederate states to be a culture of hear-say, deception, mis-dirrection, rumor mongering in cheap-talk to demean and to boost personal pride of embellished claims against selected targets to boost ones self esteem in their embellished lies in all regards.

So is anybody observing ramadan ?
Answers: 7 Views: 812 Rating: 1 Posted: 8 years ago

I look for evidence of benefit and harm in religions and Ramadan s a seasonal fast that does have noted benefits. However, stats sourced by practitioners cannot be accepted as reliable and not skewed by simple bias. My personal eating habits this season are shifted similarly to Ramadan but not as a "fast"...more as a personal comfort shift.

How would you describe your sense of humor?
Answers: 17 Views: 5191 Rating: 12 Posted: 8 years ago

A humorous account of our expedition: amusing, funny, comic, comical, entertaining, diverting, witty, jocular, jocose, lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek, wry, facetious, laughable, risible; hilarious, uproarious, riotous, zany, farcical, droll; informal priceless, side-splitting, gut-busting, rib-tickling, knee-slapping, thigh-slapping. ANTONYMS serious. I try to be humorous and am too often taken seriously as I wander indulgently into the deep morasses of improbability and objectional mire of "ant it awful" in black and blood. "True Blood" is a comedy to me, as well, so much more. I have no fear, so many things I see and know of are humerous. I also see many sad things that others think of as being happy and satisfying...like those whose life is lived in an a repeating cycle of love-hate-rage-rejection-blame-guilt-sorrow-loss-vengence-denial-discover-fear-hopefulness-and so on to repeat the same basic patterns over and over, again and again.

Ducky: Did you ever need cabfare, but didn't have it?
Answers: 4 Views: 1320 Rating: 5 Posted: 8 years ago

Yes, the fare was $132.00 and I had $56.+ and luggage. wrote a check for the difference + a tip. That was accepted for payment and the check was cashed as well.

Our bodies and minds has lots of oddities about whatever it is that comes up next. Dying is something we all go through eventually and there in genetic memory along with taboo subjects like past lifetime experiences. Many are completely convinced such ideas are dangerous, crazy or just another odd thought. My personal experience with death and dying thoughts and experiences has kept me busy for nearly 70 years. My interest and exploratory curiosity has left few stones un-turned to this day. There are many stepping stones along the way that are really great and will drive everyone you know who have no interest in this subject far-far-away.

"A Course In Miracles" is a great place to get better adjusted to whatever you are experiencing. it is available on-line at ACIM.Com . It is a very beneficial course and takes about a year to get through it nicely.

I've never been called to jury duty and know nothing about it. My daughter has three children under 8. Each child goes to a different school. She thinks that she will be selected for jury duty. Do they take stay-at-home moms?
Answers: 5 Views: 764 Rating: 0 Posted: 10 years ago

I have been called for jury duty but never choosen. I doubt that a letter from my case workers at Mental Health would help. Maybe I smile too much or my cheerful happy greeting gives them some unintended impression. If I had children at home to takecare of, I would certainly take them with me to court so they could observe such proceedings. rather than hiring a baby sitter as the court should have facilities for children also pets at home need care and attention. Of course children and pets can be attended to by others for a reasonable price that the court should be obliged to pay. Also parking permits, transportation cost, lost wadges from work, even household work and all those tasks you may normally do like taking a meal to yor mother at 3pm...doing laundry 3 days a week and all the other little tasks you normally do in a week listed as a work schedule for your replacement while on jury duty. So being on jury duty would be like going on vacation for a hard working woman at home most days...it is work, and jourers are usually paid to serve ;so....pay the help judge.

why it's necessary to upgrate itunes?
Answers: 3 Views: 831 Rating: 0 Posted: 10 years ago

Operating systems and programs are constantly changing and always toward the New Thing! Woopie..Doo. It cost a little more but the ability to add bling is so great!!! yea. Code changes, format changes and computer up-grades all work together to demonstrate the need and virtual requirement  that you do that and you’ll be so happy that you did. right. If you don’t follow the trend (up-grades and newer model computers you will become increasingly isolated and unable to load or run newer software.
