When I was bullied at school I responded with crying and begging which worked so well that it became a behavioral-standard-avoidance-tactic of mine and led to other forms of black-mail and intimidation by my rivals requiring ingenious forms of revenge and reverse persecution. Within a few months I was a person to avoid and every little accident and fowl-up was blamed on me...of course...even when I could not have been involved.
Summer "dog days", lots of ice tea, sitting on a porch swing, mint julep time. No air conditioner here as the nearest thing to comfort is jumping into the nearest river and camping on the beach.
I collect junk. Old...broken appliances, electronics, small machines, electronic test equipment...all before 1970...and tools and process descriptions. Old iron, assembly components...nuts,bolts,screws, plastic...lots of plastic and metals. I also make tools and reproduce parts that are not available any other way. It's the most fasenating hobby and often profitable. Repair and clean-up an old (1940-1950) kitchen appliance can bring $40.00 at a yard sale because it works, looks clean and known for long term use. The cash value is less important to me now but the hobby keeps me going for more.
"If I were an alien..." I would hide-out, appear as human as possible and avoid speaking until I learned the language. Near Roswell New Mexico in the '40's after the alien ship crashed there, there were quite a few folk who showed-up as deft-mutes traveling anywhere but there. The government said 4 were caught but later denied it all and considering the size of the space-ship it was more likely that there were hundreds of passengers or much more....the government claimed nothing happened and that it was a weather balloon.
Dogs reflect human opinions, attitudes and emotions. The tone of your voice and trained responses to gestures, commands and hand signals are common. I trained hunting dogs when I was young.
When my body is no longer useful to me I'll quit showing up to keep it going. As is, it is 70 and I haven't seen sufficient reason to let it go. Another 30+ years seems reasonable to me.
I have my own, I think we are all perfect beings Created by God and that it is up to us to get the experience needed to use what we have. This simple idea is my own and I think it's better than anything the theological war chests have to offer. The biggest religion is God's belief in our ability to figure it-all out.
Land fills are generally considered to be disturbed, subject to geological shifts over time and not suitable for structures where a stable foundation is essential for its use. Astronomic observatories are usually located far from cities and man-made lights that negatively affect the view of the night sky. Areas where pollution is a problem limits site selection also.
Go to the police and explain the situation and when he is all about not leaving. Don't announce your intentions to him, just call in your friends to pack him off at their discretion. I know that it's using cops as if they are bouncers in a bar, which is the behavior he is demonstrating as if he's in a bar past closing.
Singing out of tune can be done so well that one's audience responds with facial contortions, screams for you to stop torturing their ears with "That awful noise" and "Please! Stop!!! and then the audiance rushes up to stuff dinner napkins into your mouth. My sister and I were asked to sing a song after dinner. We played with the idea one afternoon and soon had the opportunity to carry out our plan.
