Once mediation fails you go before the judge and they make the decision on who gets what.

I dont know about any other state except Ca. But I know if the registration says her name "AND OR " his name instead of her name "AND" his name , she can go to DMV and just remove his name. Its simple. Aslo I'm sure the insurance policy has him as a secondary driver. She needs to call the insurance company aand remove him from the policy completly . As far as I know in all states its illegal to drive with out insurance, and he wont be insured.

Im sure he has no proof that he put 2,000.00 in her account for a down payment ont he car, instead of the bills he hasnt been paying while he was unemployed. If it has to go to court she needs to add up all the unpaid bills  etc along with the car asking for repayment of half of everything including the payments of the car and insurance she's paid. And when the judge reads all you are asking for answer them " Your honor I'm willing  to settle for the car and drop the money he owes me  for his promise to pay  half of the the car payments , car insurance, house bills,etc.  I feel that is more than fair for him since I have made all the payments on the car,its  insurance and for  all the gas  put in the car used by him to drive the 16 year old girl hes been cheating on me with instead of looking for a  job like he said he was doing". 

I'm sure once you add up all the bills food etc.  It will come to a lot of money . He will be asked if he's willing to except that offer or continue possibly being ordered to pay the money plus give up the car.

You still need to remove his name off the insurance and registration if you can though.

Most definatley .I only travel that way . It is so much cheaper. I allways pay around half the price of what it would cost . Ive used for flying, hotels, car rentals and vacation packages. Here are the ones I use to find the best prices.(and shop around you'll find different rates on all of them)

Travelworm, cheap hotel.com, Orbtz, and Travelocity. And allways call the place before booking to see what rates they wll give you , tell them ou can get it for whatever the cheapest one you found and sometimes they wll match it or beat it. Once you book what ever you want call the place and confirm. you wll be sent an email with your itenerary ( confirmaton number too) 

I usually get really nice rooms betweeen $21.00- to $60.00(suites) Pay attention to the star ratings and look up the place on google too just to make sure you are getting the same informaton about it. I've seen where the place themselves submit pictures that arent so acurate. I usually read reviews ( I would do the same even if I didnt use the discount  sites. Its not the discount  stes  fault when a buisnes owner does those knds of things. BUt all of them will fix the problem (if you have one, I never have had a problem) Takes alttle bit of time to search all the stes but its worth the savings (around $100.00 - $200.00  ) for a few  nights or cars and especally   flights . And you can use other discounts with them like AAA and goverment .

4. FIND THAT PROGRAM IN THE LIST AND CLICK ON IT THEN SELECT YES

Right click on the folder and click on open. You may have subfolders and if you do then Just right click on the folder and then click on expand. Once the folder os open and you can see the documents you're looking for simply right click on it and then click on SAVE AS. it wll bring up a menu of storage  folders lke MY DOCUMENTS or  a file with your name on it.

If theres a few documents  that  you need from there then expand the FAX  scan file ,hold down the CTRL button and highlight or click once   on each one  you want to move. This should make the boarders hghted in blue. Once you are done release the CTRL button, right  click on one of the highlighted items and then click copy       Open the file you would lke them in , find the spot you want them  left click on the spot  to set your curser to that spot, then right click and click paste . All of the ones you highlighted should paste in that spot exactly how you had them. Once you have them in the folder of your choce close out the windows and open your email and begin writting your e-mail , click on "attach"  to attache the file you want  to send in your  e-mal           

One other option and maybe the simplest is to right click on the document and it should say in the menue list "send to". click on it. That should bring up a new email with an attachment already added in just fill out the rest of the email.
