If parts of this seems to have typos or words mixed up i'm sorry I was having petimal seizures while I ws typing this .I finally finished it after two hours. (m determaned and stubborn ) lol hope it helps
Right click on the folder and click on open. You may have subfolders and if you do then Just right click on the folder and then click on expand. Once the folder os open and you can see the documents you're looking for simply right click on it and then click on SAVE AS. it wll bring up a menu of storage folders lke MY DOCUMENTS or a file with your name on it.
If theres a few documents that you need from there then expand the FAX scan file ,hold down the CTRL button and highlight or click once on each one you want to move. This should make the boarders hghted in blue. Once you are done release the CTRL button, right click on one of the highlighted items and then click copy Open the file you would lke them in , find the spot you want them left click on the spot to set your curser to that spot, then right click and click paste . All of the ones you highlighted should paste in that spot exactly how you had them. Once you have them in the folder of your choce close out the windows and open your email and begin writting your e-mail , click on "attach" to attache the file you want to send in your e-mal
One other option and maybe the simplest is to right click on the document and it should say in the menue list "send to". click on it. That should bring up a new email with an attachment already added in just fill out the rest of the email.
