As long as he's paying his child support, he can have his relationship with his son. He can also file for physical custody if he thinks the child is in some bad enviorment.
Whatever his past relationships are... let them just be with the ex and his affair. All of that is between him and his childs mother. I would not get involved.
I think that the questions should have a time limit of 30 days. If the person would like to renew the question, that's cool. It seems questions in the catagories are running to long. New questions are in order. Some don't even have any answers. Just a thought.

Justification is just not in the mix with the Nazi's. Cruelty never is. The movie " The Pianist " just touches what the Jewish people had to endure. There shouldn't be any facination, but pity for those who can be that inhumane. In todays world.. this type of cruelty is still ongoing. Human beings, being the most intelligent life on earth, shows that we still have a long way to go to becoming humane throughout the world.
It does seem a shame that whoever has the biggest piggy bank can take an election. Obama, if re-elected, will destroy America. He's done a jam up job to date. With the recent accusations on Cain, it is apparent how the elections and mud slinging will dominate this upcoming election year.
I don't think that Obama is a strong debater. He can't run on his record, as you stated, but the candidates so far seem to be stagnant. I think it should improve and people should ignore accusations until fully proven, which they won't, and move on with the issues.
Who in their right mind would even want the presidency and the job of straightening out this economy? It is scary for the American people, let alone a president elect. Americans need to pull together on both sides and see what a mess we have and fix it with a new president.
In theory.. the money should be returned to the people that it was extorted from. As far as Politicians that keep money in foreign accounts seems shady, but not illegal. It would have to be proven of wrong doings before we could confiscate any bank rolls that these people may have.

I currently am retired from Teamsters and I carry their insurance to date. When my wife reaches the age of 65, teamsters will only supplement her insurance as well as mine.. like AARP does.
If your talking about retirement benefits, she should still receive his, unless they signed an agreement that she would not receive any benefits after his passing. This may be the case, as some people will receive more payroll benefits when doing so. It is not a wise thing to do. Social Security is just a supplement for retirement benefits. People really can't make it on SS alone unless they really planned ahead. I don't believe Teamsters really ever had a good retirement plan. It didn't effect me on my retirement, as I was working for a City Government (PERS Plan)
