All are born with a sinful nature. Different sins develope within different sinners for different reasons. Jesus died and rose again to deliver us from all of these sins.

Actually Doublehelix, God does not make His judgment by a scale of major sins verses minor sins nor good deeds verses bad deeds. One sin no matter how small it may seem to us condemns us to hell. Therefore all of mankind is condemned to hell at their judgment UNLESS one has received God's pardon by Grace through Faith in His Son's attonement for sin at the cross and has made Jesus Christ their Saviour and Lord.

The Watch Tower. Just what are they watching for? It seems they are watching their followers, making sure they do not step out of line. I am surprised you are allowed to post here Bestway, does the Watch Tower know you are speaking on a community board about biblical doctrines? Careful, or you might just be converted. Why do you think they don't want you engaging in Christian debate? Think about it.

Once a false religion is established the works of satan will continue to fuel it. In the OT God would destroy whole sects of people who were worshipping false gods. He had to destroy them all, if any where left, even the children, they would grow up and learn about their ancesters and repeat the same abominations. Today we live in the age of Grace and God is patient to allow the false religions to exist with the one true way to God, Jesus Christ. One day this window of opportunity will close and God will destroy all that has set itself against His Son Jesus Christ and the true gospel thereof.

I feel for you Bestway. THe only thing I can tell you is to please research the facts for yourself. I have never allowed any pastor or church or any other organization tell me what I should believe. I listen, I research, I pray and I let the scripture simply say what it says.

I could go back and forth with you providing scripture after scripture but you will simply believe what you ahve been told to believe. The difference between you and I is that my church and family allows me to believe as I want without consequence. You are not allowed to question nor reject what you have been taught without consequences from those you love.

I can tell you this Bestway, any religion that uses any form of threats to keep one from leaving the religion is a phoney religion. Cults threaten their people, even if it is done with subtleness. Even those who call themselves Christian and there are many cults that rob the name Christian, KKK calls themselves Christian.

True Christians worship Jesus Christ. And no, it is not proper to worship any other God but the One true God of the bible, Jehovah.

But you do not consider the scriptures, you are comfortable and safe right where you are. To believe Jesus is God as the scriptures overwhelmingly proclaim would cause you pain and rejection of those you have come to trust and love. I'm very sorry you must live under those circumstances. I've seen a few posters now beginning to complain about the Jesus questions. NOw if you don't care about Jesus or God then what draws you to engage in these threads?

There are hunderds of threads that have nothing to do with Jesus questions, why not just ignore the Jesus threads?

People always speak of the "intolerance" of Christians. This site has many ungodly questions being asked and do you here me complaining? I just simply don't participate on these threads, Am I shouting for them to be STOPPED?

Show some tolerance, don't open up the God questions. Maybe in reality your soul is really searching for something more than what you are experiencing without God in your life. Maybe you really want to know more about God and Jesus and this is why you cannot resist opening up the threads.

Actually the world never ends but God does cleans it from all unrighteousness after Jesus returns to Jerursalem and 1000 years passes.

Any answer to this question would not satisfy those who have never took an impartial look at it. My personal experience was I sat down and began researching the bible, along with the pro-bible commentaries verses the anti-bible commentaries (both sides) and weighed the evidence. If you have a bias you will simply just agree with those having the same bias as you do. This takes much time, I spent about two years on it and that was studying almost everyday for a couple of hours each day. Once I was satisfied that the bible was a true historical accurate book I then weighed what it had to say against real life, or reality.

I chose to believe the testamonies and so now I have both knowledge of history and faith in what that history has revealed.

There are more than enough websites out there both pro and con. You must be critical of both sides commentary and see for yourself if what they are saying actually matches up with the historical facts. The "KingisComing" is a very good pro-bible site that lays out the facts. "AnswersinGenesis" is a great site that goes up against Evolutionist, laying out the evidences and facts. Many sites just print out rhetoric without substance, be careful of this. Some anti-bible sites have some good points or raised questions as well, but be careful of those who just simply hate any idea of a God and have an agenda to discredit the bible.
