    That depends on "why" you are tired. Do you get enough sleep at night? Eight hours is the recommended amount. Do you eat good, fresh food? Do you exercise?

    It is possible you have a sleeping disorder, see your doctor whether you  need tests for Sleep Apnea.

    Yep exercise increases energy and promotes sleep at night...Eat healthy balanced diet..drink plenty of fluids...get 8 plus hours sleep at night time !..Try and get into a regular routine so that you go to bed around the same time each night....If you do all of this and your energy levels remain low then see your Dr..for further investigations e,g blood test..low/high B/P ETC...You could be a bit anaemic...check with your G.P.
