Yep exercise increases energy and promotes sleep at night...Eat healthy balanced diet..drink plenty of fluids...get 8 plus hours sleep at night time !..Try and get into a regular routine so that you go to bed around the same time each night....If you do all of this and your energy levels remain low then see your Dr..for further investigations e,g blood test..low/high B/P ETC...You could be a bit anaemic...check with your G.P.
