Creatine is an amino acid that helps you build muscle via weight lifting. It will do nothing unless you're working out, so if you stop taking it it's not going to cause you to lose mass; stopping weight lifting will cause you to lose mass.
Nowhere; you still have nothing.
Sometimes you can put their phone number (land line) into Google, and a map will come up showing their street address.
Firearms are most definitely legal in Norway. Although there's a total ban of automatic weapons for civilians, Norway has a large population of hunters, and they have semi-atomatic and bolt option rifless, as well as shotguns. A recreational shooter is limited to four handguns. A person must first document his use for a gun, such as hunting or sport shooting; self-defense is almost never accepted as a reason for owning a gun. To own a rifle or shotgun, the person must be "sober and responsible" and 18 years or older. To own a handgun, you must be at least 21. You must also have a clean police record to own a gun. At this point, there's been no public demand for a requirement of a concealed carry permit.
"Disparate" means "distinctive", or "different,", so "disparate treatment" means "to be singled out, or discriminated against".
To build muscles you need to do weightlifting. Work on your upper body one day, then on your lower body the nest day. (muscles need recovery time in order to grow.) Your muscles will be more obviuos as you reduce your body fat, which can be done with aerobic excercise like running, bicycling, or walking. You want to load up on proteins like tuna, chicken, and turkey. Cut out refined sugar, because sugar will cause you to store excess calories as fat. The new thing now is to avoid foods that raise your glycemic index (sugar is the main culprit here, but also even white baked potatoes-which I still can't give up!) The theory is that if you keep your glycemic index low, your body is less prone to store fat. You can still eat nonsaturated-type fats like those in olive oil. Personally, I don't believe in foods like fat-free salad dressings, because the fat is replaced with sugar. Following an extremely low-fat diet by eating these type of fat-reduced foods can actually raise your triglycerides and make you more prone to heart disease. Avoid processed foods like chips and crackers, which are located in the center aisles of the grocery store, and concentrate on the perimeters, which have the fresh produce, meat, and dairy. A mult-vitamin will ensure you're getting all of your nutrients. Good luck on your new endeavor!
Supposedly, it takes 30 to make a pound. This is based on the assumption that each one weighs 15.5 grams, and there are 454 grams in a pound.
It sounds like you're keeping your dogs outside. Keep in mind that flies are attracted to food and manure, so removing these food sources will help. Also, try planting basil and mint near where the dogs stay. If their ears are getting bitten, use a layer of petroleum jelly; the flies can't bite through this. Also. a fresh clove of garlic in the dogs' food will prevent flies and fleas from biting, A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in their drinking water will also repel flies. Finally, for an all-over spray treatrment, mix together 2 cups of vinegar, 1 cup of Avon Skin So Soft, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of eucalyptus oil, and 1 tablespoon of citronella oil. Spray this on their coats to repel flies. Good luck with your doggies!
A milligram is equal to .001 grams, and vice-versa, 1000 milligrams is equal to 1 gram.
Another way is to store it in an airtight container with a piece of bread; this keeps it from getting hard and clumping.
