When I delete an item, it goes to the recycle bin. Then I go to the recycle bin and right click the item I want deleted, scroll down to delete. You will be ask a question, click Yes.  I was also told by xm/Guru to check C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local ... programs are horrendous about (a) using that space and (b) cleaning up their mess afterwards. It doesn't hurt to check \Roaming either. He told me this when I answered a question on deleting programs you installed or downloaded, and my answer was Go to to start menu > control panel > programs uninstall programs > go to program you want deleted,

I should have said that all my deleted items is in the recycle bin because I sent them there. So,that's why I go to the recycle bin. OOPS! If I sent items to the recycle bin, then they were never deleted, right? So,when I want to permanently delete an item, I should click delete instead of "send to recycle bin",then it is permanently gone. I'm thinking the question is asking about what was thought deleted items that is still on his computer. Did rexike send items to the recycle bin?
I'm new with computers, I was told to keep clicking buttons and I will get the hang of it. I'm still clicking!!!
