      Gto to start menu > control panel > programs uninstall programs > go to program you want deleted,


      right click, then click delete.

        actually it says "Uninstall" chelleanne :) But that's mere semantics (though language and structured markup languages in particular are all about semantics, so I'm an anal-stickler sometimes lol). I would only add that after running Uninstall, make sure that ALL the components and directories did, in fact, uninstall. In particular, check C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local ... programs are horrendous about (a) using that space and (b) cleaning up their mess afterwards. It doesn't hurt to check \Roaming either.
