I try and stick with dairy butter, the processing methods used to make margarine are so harmful to health.

I think as far as health is concerned, clean and healthy teeth matter the most.

Teeth are definitely noticed, good or bad but like all appearances, it doesn't define you unless you wish it to.

There is a definite difference in attitudes toward the 'perfect smile' in different countries.

For us we celebrate Ostara with a group ritual. Plenty of egg decorating craft with the little people, food and friendship all in beautiful open woodland :)

I'd guess anything that could cause offence to it's other users, so if a site is open to under-18's then it will usually have a tough stand on swear words and general offensive language.

Sounds like an allergic reaction, maybe to bites of inset bites, pollen / grasses. think if there has been any change in routine (walks, food etc)

Also check the coast for any parasites.

Sadly no, a shame the more deserving people doing the front line jobs don't command the salaries of celebrities and sports players. I know who I think is worth millions out of the Doctors, Soldiers and 'superstars'.

By getting out and about on foot, you not only benefit from the physical exercise, but get to take in your surroundings. Find a pretty place to walk and enjoy what nature has to offer :)
