I am all over the place on this, I was always a stomach sleeper until years ago when back Dr. told me to sleep on back, no pillows.  This worked for several years, but last few, I have been restless and toss and turn all night, back problem will not let me stay comfortable in one position. 

It is a crazy crazy world with this going on in the name of religion? 

I agree with all, normal is what is normal for you in good health.  But more importantly, keep tabs on your body, you will realize when you feel unwell, and see Dr. regularly.  BP can be taken so many places today, pharmacies, grocery markets (some), etc.  And the unit is cheap enough to buy for your home use.  Watch diet, exercise, drink in moderation, all common sense, and helps with high BP.

Maybe it is painted shut, assuming it is a house window.  If so, take a utility knife and cut around the edges from the outside, carefully. 

He is a devil and not worth anyones time!  He is why there should be the death penalty, with what it cost the taxpayers, and his open admission of guilt...  With no question, why is he alive?

I have on occasion, used physical punishment when correcting my own kids, now pushing 40.  With the grand kids, however, I only once gave a light spank on the bottom of the grand son, and was spoken to by my wife.  We talk, and give time outs!  It seems to work most of the time.  It is something I am not used to, as my mom did not talk!  Whack!  Usually one dose was enough!  I am also somewhat normal, so I survived it...
