Cats..and kids and family take up a lot of time..but I love reading..can`t live without my music/ipod...swimming..running,cycling...not quite strong enough to run quite yet...but I`m speeding up my walking...and my bike is in the shop today .as we speak!...Getting serviced...so I can try and start back doing some exercise !..Bring it on..and I`m aiming to get back to my running / charity runs hopefully by the Summer..but I know I have to be sensible!:-¬

i`d so most people have ...Don`t we all do it sometimes when we are not ready to face the truth/realization ?...I`d pass it off as a defense mechanism ,softening the blow...and human nature!

Yes,but only one thing..and I can`t change that now...so I just look at now and to a brighter future...No points in regrets imo...live and learn!

i`d say ..Anything honest,that you are able to do,in order to keep a roof over your head,pay the bills and keep things ticking over...You don`t always have such a great choice with job opportunities these days!...Study a course that you know may give you the best chance of a job at the end of it.

Please see a Dr. ASAP...You don`t list other symptoms but it could be a T.I.A..(mini-stroke/stroke)..a blood clot that`s blocking an artery,as C.said...(if so you may need anti-coagulant meds to break up the clot and thin the blood..as you are potentially at risk of developing a clot that travels to the lungs..heart..(Pulmonary Embolism)!...Other symptoms of strokes are weakness down the whole side of your body,slurred speech and drooping that side of the face...It may not be this..it could be muscular or anything else as C.said..but definitely needs medical diagnosis.

It`ll be Sunday afternoon here in the U.K...in approx 5 and half hours..ie until noon sets in!:-)

Nose bleeds..strokes..cardiac arrest..fits..the list is nasty and endless!...Much of it these days is less than 10pc.."Pure"...meaning it`s cut ie mixed with harmful/deadly substances eg..paracetamol..(Liver damage)...Pestisides which often include rat poison/warfarin..(Internal Bleeding)...Strychnine...just ano deadly poison...and most who survive any of those..usually become highly addicted and not great people to be around!...Often causes potential suicidal tendencies..aggressive  behaviour..criminal tendencies to feed this massively expensive habit (Circa £50 per Gram...a few lines)!..The dealers are evil and ruthless...Don`t even think they care what happens to you!..So long as they get rich quick..the`ll always be other ..(Alive victims)..to replace your custom:-(...Steer clear and spend your money on anything more worth risking your life and destroying your future!..(Lord knows I`ve seen enough of these kids/adults brought in dead)!
