I work with parent who have children with Mental Illness and Autism / Autism spectrum disorders.

First off I want to point out that Einstein and Newton both had Aspergers and were both  Bi-Polar.

Then I want to say yes I believe you can say it with out killing her inside . I have to do a lot. But its important for parents to know what kind of serves they can get for their child and its been proven that early childhood intervention makes a world of difference. the more time you waste on telling her the more time that child is losing. Its the lessor of two evils. And with behavior modification and services the quicker the better.

Its hard, believe me, but worth it if they the help they need.

It is located right underneath the X to exit out of your screen. Its the STAR . Once you click on it you will have three tabs to choose from. Feeds, History, and Favorites

R Click on START

R Click on CONTROL PANNEL

R Click on ENTERNET OPTIONS

In the window to the right of the little house icon , either copy and paste or type the address of the home page you want to use. Then click Apply and OK

First off there is a quicker and easier way to delete your search history from your address bar. BUT if you really don't want someone knowing what porn sites you have been on, you're gonna have to do a few more things. 2nd most people have more than one address bar at the top. Make sure what ever search engine you used you do these steps.

Find the the yellow star in the upper right hand corner directly underneath the X L click on it

L click on the History Tab

And then locate the day you are looking for and R click on it

Then R click on delete

Then

L click START

Locate the RECENTLY VIEWED tab. This is usually on the right side of that window in the colored part of under FAVORITES. It will automatically pop out a menu with a list of recently viewed items. R click on the one you want to view or delete.

Then R click on folder to DELETE

Or R click on OPEN Ato preview what you’re deleting. You can probably tell by the discretion what it is but if not R click on it and the OPEN tab to preview , then go back to START and follow the directions through to DELETE.

THEN

You can L click on the down arrow in the address bar locate the webpage and R click on it and delete it.

Just know that even if you run a scan disk, and delete your COOKIES ,and History , if you have clicked on a website that is in your favorites  or through a short cu.t All someone has to do is right click on it and click on properties and they will know when it was first accessed and the date and time it was last accessed…. For a complete clean sweep ..

Go to CNET.COM and download REVO UNISTALLER. That program has an ERAASE YOUR TRACKS” TOOL that will do it all.

Most of  the time you can plug your printer into your computer and a window will pop up that will walk you through the installation. If you have problems with that , go to the Lexmark website and click on downloads or drivers. Then choose the model number of your printer and click on it . Follow the instructions as it walks you  through.

Poor thing they are painful here are some things that will help.

First off Shingles are inflamed raw nerves. They come from the Chicken Pox virus and can be triggered any time . Stress is a major trigger. Illness and trauma to the body are as well. There is no cure , it just has to run its course and can take up to 6 months or longer. They most commonly  appear on the trunk of the body usually in the back shoulder blade area  or on the stomach and around the waste.

It is imperative that you keep her cool an dry and as stress free as possible. Getting frustrated makes them worse. Pain raises the stress level and it raises the body temperature and causes sweat . So keep her on a good pain medication . Vikodin, Methadone, Percocets, whatever helps. Her doctor should have no problem prescribing any of those , If he doesn't find a better doctor. Pain slows the bodies ability to heal as fast. She needs to eat , hungry or not. As long as she isn't nauseated from eating let her know Its whats going to give her body the fuel it needs to heal itself. Still give her the Boost too. Lack of nutrition will make her week and sleep a lot. But worse, it will make her susceptible to bacterial infections on top of the Shingles.  If she is sleeping  that much you need to have her do deep breathing exercises  for  a few minutes and cough a few times  everytime she is awake . She will be very susceptible to pneumonia . When we sleep our breathing is very shallow.Fluid collect naturally in our lungs but throughout the day we cough and clear our throats without realizing it. When we are dormant and breathing shallow for long periods of time that fluid becomes very dense and like cement in our lungs. Foods high in vitamin C, zinc, calcium, and beta-carotene can boost the immune system, reduce the skin inflammation and prevent the spreading of the rash. Zinc especially helps repair skin tissue and promotes healthy skin post the infection.

Put plain oatmeal in a blender and blend until it becomes a powder. Put it in her bath water (make water cool so not to induce sweating.) every time she bathes (twice a day if you can) I use a full container of oatmeal each time .This will help sooth the raw nerve endings and give her some relief. After she is dried off allow the area to air dry for a bit. If the area is seeping gently pat it dry and apply  a good thick layer of Liquid Mylanta, Maylox or Calamine lotion. It will sooth the area and it  will keep the area dry especially if its seeping. (FYI Mylanta and Maylox are a great way to heal  deep nasty  bed sores), NO POWDERS! Powders turn pasty and then become a breeding ground for bacteria. If she is sleeping that much you need to make sure she is turning regularly, every hour so that it can get air to it. Keep garments off of it. Even the silkiest material feels like thousands of  tiny needles being shoved in the area.

 If you cant keep the sweating from happening and its getting in the shingles,Try thoroughly cleaning the area and pat dry. Use a new  Plain Chapstick (use name brand) slightly warmed so that its pliable without causing pain is amazing when applied to the area AFTER it has been cleaned and dried off.. The wax in it, acts as a barrier keeping  sweat and other small  debris from getting in the sores. IF YOU DO USE THIS MAKE SURE  you clean it completely using a warm cloth and a antibacterial cleanser a few times a day, removing all the Chapstick, allow it to dry completely and get some air to it for a little bit before reaplying it. This may be too painful to do , so she might not be able to use it . If you keep applying it without doing this it will lock in natural bacteria and make it a ideal place for it to multiply and cause a secondary infection as well.  It works for humid areas .

There are a few ways to accomplish this. I would first try calling the Las Vegas Superior Court. and follow the automated directions to speak with a clerk in the Criminal Department and ask them if he has gone through their system. Explain to them when he was arrested and for what . Tell them you are trying to locate the facility he is in and you are unsure weather his is in County Jailor in a state facility. Usually you can find out the answers from there. also if it just happened and he hasn't been to court for sentencing, just call the police department in Vegas and they might be able to answer  what holding facility he is at. Then call there and ask for his inmate number or jail number so that you may write him or put money on his books. If its been awhile and he has been sentenced then you can go the   Las Vegas Superior Court Website and search the public records. Most have a Criminal and Civil section to choose from. Select Criminal. There should be a few ways to choose from to get the records to show up. All court records except juvenile are public records. Many counties have began charging a fee usually 1.00-2.00 per name search, so you may have to set up an account and pay the fee.Log in and start searching.  Riverside County charges 5.00 for 5 name searches. once you locate the name click on it and the court record will appear in full . Last but not least Google  "Nevada inmate locater"

This is how you remove programs from your computer

C= click RC = right click LC =left click DC= double click

Close all programs and browsers. From your desktop (that’s the screen you will see when you first start your computer and are logged on )

1. C – Start (lower left corner . Some look like a circle with the windows logo and some say Start)2 .C - Control Panel

3. C - Click-to-run application manager (windows 7)

Depending on what system you are running ( XP, Vista, Windows 7 ect) depends on what name this one will be under. But it will be called something similar to Add and Remove Programs or Application Manager . Mine is called Click to Run Application Manager and I’m running Windows 7

4. Locate the program you want to uninstall. Most of the toolbars are easy to recognize by the name, and they will say tool bar (example: Google toolbar) but you can also look at the dates of the programs installed to know you’re not removing a program your computer came with.

5. C- on it to highlight it (or DC and it will ask you if you are sure you want to uninstall it.)

6. C – uninstall (top of the page)

It will give you a confirmation that you have successfully uninstalled the program. Sometimes you may be prompted to restart your computer before it will complete the process. Follow the instructions
