You might try connecting one of the fans to a "Key On" wire, to see if the cooling system is working,
There may be a problem in the microprocessor, that is resulting in it not getting a proper one to five volt temperature signal reading from the coolant temperature.
If that works, you will need to go to a dealer to have the cause computer analyzed and the fault correct
It is never a good idea to keep buying and replacing expensive parts, hoping to find a problem.
