You really won't find an avrage cost. It all depends on the product you chose to apply on your roof and how big your roof is. Hips and valley's play a part in the over all cost as well. Some asphalt roofing material can last up to 40 years and cost more, when others only 25 years and cost less. You may want to look into a metal roof product which will bring you a government rebate. That's a totally different cost factor. Good Luck
Huricane Irene hit North Carolina several hours ago.
Until you receive the final disposition from the lender the process is not complete. If you can secure a seller, bring the lender into the loop. They may hold up the process and allow the sale to go through in an effort not to get stuck with the property and incure further expence. The downpayment will have alot to do with it as well. Good Luck
If you are a handy person, remove the bottom kick plate from your unit. You will see a tray. That is the water drip catch. Remove it and clean i out. Pull the unit away from the wall and with a vacume cleaner clear all the vent locations in the rear and under the unit. You may need to remove the lower section of the rear panel. Set yourself with a monthly maintance program for all your house hold needs. Bathroom ceiling vents, kitchen hood exhuast vents, fire place flue, etc. Maintance is the key and your home will love you for it. Good Luck
