    If you are a handy person, remove the bottom kick plate from your unit. You will see a tray. That is the water drip catch. Remove it and clean i out. Pull the unit away from the wall and with a vacume cleaner clear all the vent locations in the rear and under the unit. You may need to remove the lower section of the rear panel. Set yourself with a monthly maintance program for all your house hold needs.  Bathroom ceiling vents, kitchen hood exhuast vents, fire place flue, etc. Maintance is the key and your home will love you for it.   Good Luck
