You really won't find an avrage cost. It all depends on the product you chose to apply on your roof and how big your roof is. Hips and valley's play a part in the over all cost as well. Some asphalt roofing material can last up to 40 years and cost more, when others only 25 years and cost less. You may want to look into a metal roof product which will bring you a government rebate. That's a totally different cost factor. Good Luck
