I suggest you  open another email address and get your friends to confirm your NEW address.  You're not getting satisfaction from your current address, so fire them.

If it's a credit card account, you may call them and ask if you can make a phone payment.  They will tell you "yes" or "no".  If it's yes, there may be a charge or not.  Also, they would need access to your bank account.  It's safe to do this since you called them.  It's their phone number and it's safe.  Otherwise, you're out of luck.

Look for "CC" on the remote for the TV and click it to determine if that deletes it.   You may have to click 3 or 4 times to do it.

Is it connected to satellite or cable?  Is it specifically set for a certain channel like channel 3 or 4?  You may need to go to menu of the TV set itself and find the audio to change it there. Mine has separate audio controls.  Respond to see if we can help.

click on it several times and it should take you to a site to change your password or give you a hint as to what your password was.  You can enter a new one and it will send it to you via email or give it to you instantly.  It works for me.
