You'll actually lose more fat if you work out before eating, because you'll have lower blood glucose levels, which will cause your body to rely on breaking down fat for a source of energy.  But working out anytime you want is much better than not working out at all.  Kudos to you for being motivated!

     It depends on what substance you're measuring; a heavy substance will have more grams in a cup than a light substance.  For example, a cup of sugar will weigh more than a cup of shredded cheese.

   Mainly because of HIPPA (Health Insurance Accounting and Portability Act) laws, which are designed to protecgt the medical records information of all patients.   Because of HIPPA, hospital computer systems are accessed by employees via passwords, and unless an employee is entering or legitimately looking up information on a patient, that employee is not allowed to snoop through that patient's records on a whim.  The computer administrators are able to trace computer "footprints" to determine if records have been accessed for other than a valid reason, and an employee caught doing this will be terminated.  For example, a supervisor at my hospital was admitted to that facility as a patient, and some employees got together and decided to send her a get-well card.  They looked up her address in the computer, and at least one of those employees got fired.

   You could have an antibody test done (microimmunofluorescence) or an enzyme-linked immunoassay; a positive test would confirm the reason for fallopian tube damage.  However, a positive test does NOT mean that you're immune to chlamydia; it's very common for a person to be reinfected with it.

     I would highly recommend Thompson's water sealer when your wood has "cured" sufficiently (about 6 months).  I used this on a wooden fence every other year, and applied it with a portable pump sprayer.  It kept my fence looking brand new; the wood stays brown instead of turning gray and splintering.  You won't be sorry you used it!

   Life skills are those things in this world that a person learns through experience, rather than from books.  This includes everything from learning how to handle yourself in the workplace to being able to navigate from one place to another via cars, planes, or subways.
