I imagine it is all on how you look at things and what you have been taught. I have studied religion and I believe we are all connected... I choose not to attach labels.
The greatest thing is, for me, that we are all part of the journey. We don't have to understand every single thing today. Life is a smile.

JoshuaJ: Why did you vote Fishlet down? We have an unwritten rule around here that you always give an explanation of why you voted someone down. You have yet to give Fishlet any reason for voting her down. Don't you think it is the Christianly thing to do, to explain yourself?

Jesus was never thrilled with organized religion...in fact, it drove him bonkers!!!!! Do you think He's happy watching his believers bicker about who really loves him...who practices the "best" way of Celebrating on Sunday...???? I don't think it makes him happy at all. Every single Christian Church is "Man Made"...Because 'men' are fallible.

That's not why I voted you down.

@ Colleen, Christians never started any wars. I believe people should have the freedom to believe what they want but I am a student of prophecy and I can see the great apostacy of satan in full swing, if you want to go into detail I suppose we can.
I believe you think you are a prophet.
All wars are because one side believes their God is greater than all other Gods. Religions create wars.
As for the Jesuits:
The Society of Jesus (Latin: Societas Iesu, S.J., SJ, or SI) is a Christian male religious order that follows the teachings of the Catholic Church.
The society's founding principles are contained in the document Formula of the Institute, written by Ignatius of Loyola. Jesuits are known for their work in education (founding schools, colleges, universities and seminaries), intellectual research, and cultural pursuits, and for their missionary efforts. Jesuits also give retreats, minister in hospitals and parishes and promote social justice and ecumenical dialogue.
Yup, they sound like war mongers.
I don't promote anything Satanic as I don't believe in Satan.
End of story.
If you insist on demeaning me and my belief system I suggest you do your homework first.
If that is all the research you are going to do that is sad, I've read books on them and countless hours of study. They were following the Pope's orders, not God's. God doesn't approve of the RCC and it's wars, that should be clear.

Do you have any friends that are not in your church? Do not follow your version of Christianity? Don't believe Christ is the Savior? Are Jewish? Muslim? Buddists? Aithiests? Agnostics? ....etc????? Why do I think the answer is No to all of the above.
We are fine that you moved denominations and are Christian. We are fine with any religious points of view that aren't offensive. We are fine with anyone who doesn't judge others on their religious views. This is a World Wide site with many respected members.
@ doolittle, Christians should not join the military, the agenda of this government is not a Godly one, quite the opposite in fact. If there was a foreign invader on our soil joining the military would be just fine. I actually have a pretty diverse group of friends, and when they hear what I have to say about the world and Christianity they listen. I have spread a lot of truth to them and some have listened, others have not, and that's their God given freedom of choice. I sat down with a good agnostic friend of mine and showed him a video and talked, I didn't impart any biased view on him but rather let him just watch, it was a seven part video, after the first video he looked at me and asked if we could watch the second, before I knew it we had watched the whole thing and I could tell he was moved. That friend chose to continue his spiritual journey elsewhere but he enjoyed watching what I believed to be truth and said that was the first time he thought that Christianity just might be the real deal. All I can do is present truth when the situation calls for it. I don't stand out in the streets and call people heretics for their beliefs, when someone poses a question on this site I simply impart what I know to be truth, I wouldn't give an answer if I didn't know it was fact. God bless.
