If you're talking about the voice button on a keyboard it will sound like a voice saying something. Most are preprogramed and deppending on which key you press sepends on the word or sound

I wonder whether you're talking about printed music with these two words at the beginning? If so, the line of music following 'Voice' is the music to be sung and the two lines following 'Piano' are to be played by that instrument. The three lines make up a 'system' and after the end of them you go to the next system of lines and so on.
