It the begining of my computer adventures I was ham handed on the key board and disappearing messages were a daily part of my life. I learned to lighten up and not rest my hands on the top of my key board on the lap top as I typed. Result there are no more disappearing messages ever sice I did this . Was this the solution ?????? Dont know !!!!!!! But it worked for me and I am a happy camper so take this or leave it as you wish . I will continue to use what works for me and count myself lucky .
