I'm not sure which version you have. There are different versions. It can be attached to your toolbar or it can be on a website you visit. The developers have paid money to have akaQA placed in different locations. You can contact them via the contact link at the bottom of this page and ask them if there's a way of disabling it.

Top of the screen on mine its left side  find view  click select toolbars  for me  Questionsaka  is on 24MusicBar community toolbar click to remove check in that box close it up .Tool bar should be gone .
