Most likely nothing. These companies all answer to some one ,so first step is to find the next link in the chain of command. They are heavily regulated by state authorities so next stop is the controlling agency.They make these battles so difficult that most just give up. They always fall back on the small print in their ticket trust me they have a out . Sorry !!!!!!! But I would not stand for this if you feel its wrong .They all have a boss just find theirs and make some noise.You can annoy them and waste some of their time but mostly you waste your own. Bill
