Hello there, just scrolling through......catering is very hard work but can be very rewarding... Chefs get very bad tempered its such a skilled job but highly pressured......Being able to consume lots of beer can be an asset in a steamy kitchen good luck

We are told it is bad circulation ??maybe sometimes, recently I have had it very bad starting with my toes, the big toes go rigid and curl upwards agony, up my shins and usually at night. Im not sure what has started it off..........It could be a side affect of medication my Doctor said see if it gets worst!!! Great help. I agree with bob have yourself checked, if only for elimination good luckx (I will have to give up the river dancing ha)

I do remember having a baby seat type potty. Fixes on top of the toilet seat. I would just sit him on it and gradually he didnt need it anymore. You have to hold on tight or your little one could slip down!! Lots of cheers claps whoopies etc.......fun time

Check with your Doctor, you would be better to find out why you need to go so often. Then maybe some medication could be useful. Dont ignore this, if it is something serious the quicker it can be treated the better. I do know some blood pressure tabs can have this effect and water tabs. You will feel better for going and your nights would be more comfortable for you
