From a laymans point of view, one needs to break the cycle, by defining the type of person one wants in a relationship.  This would entail writing down the qualities of desire, similar to goal setting, and would also include writing down the detrimental qualities of your previous relationships, and then burning them or throwing them in the trash.  That way one can have a new outlook, and a change of behavior, and one has changed the way they think.

In zoning, something that is grandfathered in, was before the zoning changed, as an example:

A person living in aa commercial zone, although when they built there it was an R-1 residential zone.

Tthe government may allow them to continue living there, as residential, but they are now living in a commericail zone-meaning they have all the rights for the new zoning, such as starting a store from their house.  there are many grandfathered zoning issues of similarity..

I'm getting this from Intro to PC and Macintosh:= Hard Drive and Read Only Memory (Ram) use the same units of measure, which are:

Bit:  Binary Digit.  The smallest unit of info a computer can hold.  The value of a bit  (either 1 or 0) represents a two-way choice, (on or off, true or false, black or white, etc.), and a 1 Bit X 8=1 Byte.

8 Bits = 1 Byte-1 Byte, A Byte is equal to 1 character of text.

Kilobyte=1024 bytes That is 1024 Characters of text stored.

Megabyte=1024 kilobytes, so if  1 megabyte equals 1024 kilobytes then that would be 10 million, 48 Thousand, 5 Hundred and Seventy-Six. 1024X1024-,1 10,48,576 o units of text stored.

Gigabyte=1024 Megabytes of text stored, therefore 1 Gigabyte= 1024X1024X1024, so if you rounded a Megabyte down to 10,000,000 characters of text (letters and Numbers, etc.)and multiplied it by a rounded Gigabyte, you'd get 1 millionX1000-! Billion characters of text stored=one-1 Gigabyte, because a thousand million equals 1 billion.

3.5 megabytes = 3.5x1024=3584 kilobytes=3584X1024=36,700,016 Bytes or 36 million, 700 hundred thousand and sixteen Bytes.

This seems to be correct, but you can check it yourself by applying the above units of measure.

The diverter valve on the faauct is worn out.  You should replace the faucet spout, and both seats, and you may as well buy new handles at the same time.  The seats cost about $10.00 a piece.Faucet about $15.00, handles about $15.00, labor-A plumber will charge about !00.0 bucks,(approx) but you can do it youself.

A. Turn off the water.

B.  Remove caps on handles with a thin flat head screwdriver.

C.  Unscrew the handles with a phillips screwdriver.

D. Wiggle the handles until they come off.

E. Remvove the back plate, which exposes the seats use a wrench to remove the brass lock ring.

F Seats are plastic on relatively modern tub/shower faacets.

G. wiggle the seats out, and take to Ace for a match.

H.  Obtain with the seats a small rubber gasket kit-grease the rubber gasket with plumbers lube, and insert it in the off-center hole where the seats go- You have to make it fit in there with your finger.  Be sure it is in there correct.

I.  Install the new seats-Don't tighten the brass lock ring to tight- Just tight enough so they don't leak from the handles.

J. Install the new handles just like you removed the old ones- replace the caps.

K.  Now unscrew the faucet spout-don't worry about damaging it with a pipe wrench if need be.Sometimes they get stuck with calcimation.  Lefty Luoosey-Righty Tighty.,But if the dog-gone thing is from the relatively old days it may be soldered- In that case you'll have to call a plumber.  Check it - if it gives slightly, or its relatively modern then you know it screws on.

L.  Wrap the water supply pipe (nipple) with white plumbers tape-2 wraps completely around, and screw on the new faucet all the way to the tile- It can be hand tightened, just make sure its good and tight and straight

M.  Caulk around the edges-Tube caulk sells for about $3 , the kind you don't need a caulk gun for-Cut the tube flat instead of at an angle, and smear it in the space with your fingers-use a damp sponge for clean up- and dry with a paper towel-and don't use it, at least overnite.
