Court decree establishing how to settle a dispute or estate.

A Probate order is an order by the Probate Court of a Juisdiction, granting ownership rights to real property (real estate), in a claim for ownership, by a party  of an estate.  The Probate Court uses precise geneology to settle claims.. An example would be, grandpa's house, when there is no one else in the geneological chain but auntie jane, and her niece, then the niece cant' have it, but auntie jane gets i, following the idea that the closest relative receives the property.

In most cases, presumptively, when there are no blood relatives, property should go to an in-law, if they are alive and have filed a claim. as in -laws stay in the chain, even if re-married, divorced, or dead.  Property is only probated to blood relatives, or in-laws,  when there are none,  the property is probated to the state..
