Another Jesus Question
Answers: 9 Views: 2944 Rating: 1 Posted: 13 years ago

Of course, Jesus was disapproved, for He was not a fundamentalist, not worldy; not a money changer.  He taught and blessed openly and freely.  Thus did he defy the scheming, averious policies and contrivance of such churches who ask tribute for such favors as could not be paid for, being concerns of Spirit alone.

do you want a leader who thinks they have to follow the voices they hear from an imaginary god

Fish Girl -

Thank you for asking.  :)  I certainly understand your consternation upon re-reading.  (chuckles) ; )  I see I was being much to abtuse, trying to make a point to Peoplelove, by questioning his name sake and refering to him as People . . ."What?"   For I have noted he is oft exactly the oppposite of his user name of  Peoplelove.

(Very much like one fundamentalist who calls himself Loverofgod and uses a picture of a crucified suffering Jesus on a cross to glorify himself, I will always confront such dogmatic ignorance)

Nevertheless, you are absolutely right, there are many others indeed who are most perceptive people on this site.  Therefore, my apologies to you and any others who may have been offended.  You will note I have since made remedy.

Regarding all questions and answers, there is ever the motive of the inward thought, whether posted  in ignorance, knowledge or Understanding.  Therefore depending on the level of consciousness of the posters which may or will vary greatly.

There is more to a question or an answer than literalism.  It has been said, "they have eyes but they cannot see and ears but they cannot hear, what the Spirit sayeth" and  "One cannot sew patches on old clothes nor put new wine in old bottles" just to mention a couple metaphors, regarding fundamentalists.  If you don't know or understand by now in your long life, may it so be in the next.  Amen

Peoplelove,

Poor you, I piety you as you are so full of frustration, anger and judgement, you have no depth.  You scate the surface of things, by this you rob yourself, and thus you are devoid of reason, ever demon-strating the sad disease of fundamentalism.  .

And, what's wrong with YOU today?
Answers: 12 Views: 1138 Rating: 5 Posted: 12 years ago

As long as one looks and expects fault, ones life will be full of it.  That is the power of thought in belief, that is the measure of one creations.  This is called the Evil Eye for it can see no good, not but fault.  The problem is when one is so  exersized in fault finding, one won't be able to recognize the Good when it does come.

Re-exercise the mental muscle to find the Good, in-spite of the chaos. and as it is found one will begin to find more and more of it; happiness is now at hand, but a thought away.. ;-)   Don't look for or nurture such an Eye in others, there is enough darkness and hell in the world .  Look ever for the Good for it is  the Light of the world, found in the hearts of men.   May God Bless your journey :-).

If one has not "heard" Spiritually themselves,, how can they know, or how do they dare judge, what it is to hear Spiritually.  And we declare not as literially heard from the parrot in the pulpit, but from within.   Jesus a Man; a son-of-man, declared the Love Spirit; the Christ, and was crucified for daring to speak the truth in a world of lies, a world where there is no truth, where there is not but illusion and endings.  One must listen well before one judges, and then himself be judged.  Karma.

What do you think that Wiccan's believe and practice?
Answers: 6 Views: 2304 Rating: 1 Posted: 12 years ago

A true Wiccan does not brazenly broadcast ones good works, or even that one is a Wiccan for this defeats the power and the momentum of the Magick.  But of course there are ignorant fundamentalists in any form or all of the Spiritual works, therefore ever the Dark and the Light.  There are truly Godly Men and fire and brimestone preachers; There are White Witches and Dark witches; there are Magians and Warlocks.

Thus they are all pretty much the same for they speak, preach, and practice, in knowledge or ignorance of things unseen.   Whether one believes it or not, this is the Occult world, for it is the study and practice of things unseen which is the true meaning of the word Occult; meaning in any dictionary: the study of things unseen.  Of course this must absolutely include the One Mind which is God.

Some may say look at me look at me um saved, yer goin to hell,  others look at me look at me um magical, I can cast spell, beware!.  They  are like children playing with dynamite.  Working in the Silence produces the most productive and powerful of works.  For it is only there that the Doorway to things unseen  may opened; its esoteric and etheric treasures revealed to the Wise. Thankfully there is Goodness in all traditions.  And Amen and so Mote it be.  ;) Chuckles.

define ungodly as opposed to sinner

Nomdeplume

I applaude you, for your sense of the Good within yourself as the Truth.  For what "Is" Good (not as worldly men say good, but Spirit) is the Image of God, the very presence of God.  It is good, what you answer, you are just not a fundamentalist. You just don't believe in an Anthopormorphic Being, that is a God in the Image of Man, this is idolatry.

And, if I may be so bold for a reference, let it be God for Good, for we men in the world need a reference for what is Truly Good.  And seeing as God is the essence and Good is its nature in this world, then is Good God's image.  Therefore only as men are good are they in the image of God.  ;)

Sadly, ignorant fundamentalists glory in calling themselves Christians and Sinners, this is but one of their Great hypocricies, for one cannot be both!,  Therefore fundamentalists  reflect both of these two words, demon-strating them perfectly.

Traditions go to war, for thier house or houses are divided into many parts or denominations and these again divided into yet more squabbling fractions.   And it is said a house divided against itself cannot stand.  And . . . the evidence is planetary at this most auspicious tme.

The Christ spoke of this time come and which now is, saying some such: return you to the holy place; your inner closet.   This is found within ones own heart and mind.  The true voice is in one, it is ones own true self.   Let them hear it who can now in this time and in this place.  Amen

The end of the world could be....what?
Answers: 18 Views: 1980 Rating: 7 Posted: 13 years ago

Chuckles . . . let us not forget death itself is the end of the world for worldly men, for they have no understanding of  what is the Everlasting.  Death only resides in the realm of illusion in the Shadows; that which is temporal, material, physical.  The true Life is beyond such literial concepts and measures, yet resides in the very midst of it, dearming, its dreams; its incarnations, while simply passing through its ":man phases" of Eternity.
