You can sort, or select, using the search options (Show Search Options.) You can also search text within the email to find certain items. If it is something you would want to do constantly, create a new filter.

Easy exercises: Sit up instead of laying down, Stand instead of sitting, Walk instead of standing, Run instead of walking. Briskly towel yourself when finished with a shower. Do laundry, housework, clean out the fridge etc. Try to find something to do with your hands in order to help quit smoking. Find something else that gives you relaxation, which is what your brain thinks smoking does. Smoke french fries. Sounds funny but it helps with the fingers to the mouth fixation, and you get to eat them!

I was at one time. Drank gallons of caffeinated coffee and soda. Quit cold turkey and had anxiety attacks, which lasted several months. Don't quit cold turkey.
