hopefully you still have a roof over your head . when you say adultry with 3 children i hope you dont mean he molested them if so call the police now. if what you mean is you have three children to feed perhaps some local food banks and churches can help.you also should get a lawer and seek finincial support from your husband he must be held accountable they are his children as well. hang in their and see what kind of help is available... god bless

If the mortgage is in both your names your husband is accountable of making the payments as well.Go to your social security office and tell them the problem you are having,im sure they will give you some aid for you and the children.

Contact the Pro Bono Office for a free attorney, contact the bank and let them know your husband has left and they will need to chase him down for the payments on the house and the car, call Welfare and see if you can any relief money from them, contact the Department of Health and Welfare and sign up for food stamps.
There are plenty of places to get the help you will need to keep going, do not waste a minutes time and don't expect other people to do your work for you. You have to take care of your children. Remember to ask questions about everything you can think of and write down the information for later.
