I'm thinking you cooked it in the oven with no liquid under it for too long and now it's dry and tough. Or is it that you haven't cooked it long enough?
If it is dry, you could cut it up into slices or cubes and cook it with fried potatoes and onions. Let the meat get well into the cooking oil but don't let it cook much--get it in the juice and warmed to where it will soak up the liquid.
Or you could slice it and make something like scallopini or parmesean. That should soften the meat up to where it is edible. But it might not and all the other ingredients will be wasted. I think if you added it to eggplant parmesean that would soften it up and make it tasty.
Or you could cut it into cubes and make a favorite soup with it. Add it to vegetable soup or lentil soup maybe.
You could cut it into cubes and saute it in a frying pan for a little bit maybe with onions and garlic and then make gravy and cook the meat in the gravy for a bit. That would tenderize it. I'm hungry now. Bon appetit.
It is the Democrats 3rd try at pumping life into a dead economy. It is doing nothing but lowering the value of US currency that is so low right now that Monopoly money is probably more valuable. Ben Bernanke is printing more and more money trying to cause the economy to rebound, but it can't since it is dead. There will be no hope for the US economy until the national debt is lowered from the double digit trillions that Obama has increased it to. And the funny thing is that the Demoncrats are trying to make GW Bush--the last president--into Obama's whipping boy. They're trying to blame GW for the stupid moves Obama has made since becoming president. The national debt has to be controlled not by spending more but by cutting spending and by bringing in more money with trade with other countries. I think spending can be controlled very well by giving drug tests to everyone who receives welfare benefits and all who receive unemployment benefits. The first failure should lead to drug treatment--counseling and the second drug test failure will mean no more benefits. That would save a lot of money from leaving the US treasury. Also not giving food stamps, medicaid or other welfare type benefits to illegal aliens. I can't see the point of spending billions at the borders to keep illegal aliens out of the country and then giving them free services and food after they cheat their way into the country. It makes the US look totally stupid to other countries which lowers our level of legitimacy to other nations and then they have no confidence in US sense of reality.

No She is a Florida woman who it looks to most people killed her beautiful little daughter Haley. The court process ended with the jury said she was not proven guilty. Many people are enraged that she has been set free. It seems so evident that she did kill her daughter because she never reported her missing. Her mother reported Haley missing after a month. Casey said she had left her daughter with a Hispanic woman and gave contradictory explanations about what happened when she tried to get her back from the woman. She went out partying all during the month Haley was "missing" but she had never reported this to police. She gave contradictory responses to police and in court. She seemed very selfish when she was caught off guard by news reporters and on recorded phone calls to family while she was in jail waiting for the trial. She seemed to be full of verisimilitude rather than genuine caring and love for her child.There was evidence in her car trunk that indicated the child had been there. Authorities found Haley's dead body not far from Casey's parents house in Florida.
The jury said she was not proven guilty even though it was all but blatantly expressed by Casey that she killed her two year old daughter, Haley.

Every month the moon or la lune as the French call it circles around the earth in a pretty much repetitive path. The lunar month--from the French word--causes the tides and changes in tides. The circle around the earth is not completely round. Sometimes it is a little closer or farther away than other times. Also, the earth shifts on it's axis periodically through the year and this difference causes the moon to be at different lengths from a given point on earth at a given time. Also the earth is revolving around the sun while the moon is revolving around the earth so the moon is at different lengths from the earth at different times during the year. Both the earth's movement and the moon's movement cause the distance to change all the time but it only changes within a certain amount of distance. So far it has stayed within the earth's orbit and only moves so far away or close.
