A good teacher responds to approximately 75-100 questions per day. It is a changing and approximate number as there are so many variables. If a new concept is being taught in Math, count on many questions. If there are many students absent during the "flu season', the number will decrease. I was taught that there is no "dumb" question and it is what I tell my students. I encourage them to ask, ask, ask as that is how they will learn!
