        Most pharmaceutical companies are looking for treatments and not cures, there's no money in the cure, but there are big bucks in the treatment of the symptoms.

            Everybody has enzyme it helps in well being, why do you need a cure? If you mean ECZEMA, I don't believe there's a cure, just medicine to help relieve the symptoms.

              I don't believe there any cure for anything!however there is preventive measure you could do,for example wear a safety helmet when riding a bike. There is also medicine to delay or ease the pain,in some case like cancer it either amputate the legion or radiation or poison to kill it,not good stuff.Also there some treatment for just about any illness,but no complete cure.
