How do I get a rating that allows me to vote on other people's answers?
When I see an interesting question I read it, and sometimes somebody has already given a good answer. I'd like to be able to vote for it, not just repeat what the other person has said.

actually you shouldn't post best answers, it's enough to post good answer that may like somebody. I'll high your rating a little for this question, but use it for good please ))

I joined to find the answer to one question, and somebody has saved me hours of work with an accurate answer. While I've been waiting for somebody who knew ro notice it I've answered several that I can. Hopefully they will solve their problems. This question was prompted by seeing questions answered helpfully, because I knew the answer or it helped me too. I wanted the vote those answers up & I couldn't. I wonder how many people know how to up a person's rating. I still don't, but thank you for upping mine.
