    Two possible causes 1) you have developed a "spur" on the bone of your heel.
    2) Walking bare foot on hard surface eg the beach where the water has left it firm, can cause the tendon that goes from your heel to your big toe to become damaged.

    Evidence of this is if you sit for a prolonged period and when you stand up you have a pain in your foot at the back of your heel.

    In either of the above cases you should see a podiatrist.
    I told you already. You have been walking, running or jogging too hard. That can make your heels sore. If you are not satisfied, go and see a doctor.
