    Half of my big toenail broke off, will a full nail grow back?

      Toe nails grow back much slower than finger nails.It takes about 12 months to grow back a toe nail that has come all the way off.

        If it's the first or second time you have lost a nail yes, sometimes it you loose a nail for the third time they may not grow back.

          i wish my little toe nil wouldnt grow back. it grows almost independent of the skin under it. it is also very thick and it will fall off occasionally

          It's funny how the pinkie toenail seems to have a mind of it's own. Maybe they are like octopus arms and have their own brain? Lol.
